Cooking for Mechanics

First there was Cooking for Engineers, now there is this: Drilled Chili Beef.Somehow I think this is going to set the Men in the Kitchen Movement back a few decades...Still, it's actually a good idea, using a power drill on a frozen piece of meat, to allow stuffing with chilis! Though to feed a broader range of folks, I would personally spackle those holes with crushed garlic, ginger, citrus zest
